Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 1-2 days inside Kathmandu Valley and 3-5 days elsewhere in Nepal. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 10,000; otherwise a flat Rs. 500 applies.
Returns & refunds
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive it, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Payments
We accept cash on delivery, eSewa, Khalti and bank transfer. Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) and include all applicable charges.
